Refund policy


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns or returns due to late delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must arrange return shipping themselves. We will provide return instructions once your return request has been accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty or damaged items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If you can provide photo evidence showing the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a return shipping slip/label where required, or arrange a suitable replacement or resolution.

For TeakWood9 sets, if one or two pieces arrive damaged, this is usually due to rough handling in transit. In this case, we will replace the damaged item/s free of charge. If a customer refuses the replacement option and requests a refund instead, the refund amount will be assessed based on the percentage of the set that was damaged. If the customer wants a full refund for the entire set, the complete set must be returned to us at the customer’s expense before the refund is processed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalised items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
